You may return most UNUSED and UNOPENED items purchased from us at our published retail price within 30 days of purchase. Items that qualify for return are subject to a 20% restock fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of all return freight. Items returned to us as the result of customer's refusal to accept delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be assessed the cost of all return freight. Customers who are returning items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If your purchase qualifies for an RMA, we will email you a prepaid UPS, FedEx or USPS label. Please return the item packaged in the same manner in which it was sent to you. Please do not write on or otherwise mark the item. When we process your refund, we will deduct the cost of the return freight.

The following conditions apply to returns; Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts is not returnable. Items many not be returned more than 30 days after delivery. Returned items must include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Returns do not apply for items that are sold, shipped to a third party or where control of the item is transferred to a third party. This includes instances where an item comes under the control of a third party even if it does not leave the premises of the original purchaser. Clearance and Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Items sold at a discount to our published website retail price may not be returned or exchanged.

It takes about 5-10 business days for us to receive the return from the shipper. We require 3-5 business days to process your return. Your bank may take up to 15 business days to return funds to you after we have completed the return process.
