Returns

You may return most UNUSED and UNOPENED items purchased from us at our published retail price within 30 days of purchase. Items that qualify for return are subject to a 20% restock fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.

In order for us to complete the returns process smoothly and quickly, we ask that customers who are returning items obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending an item back to us.

Any item returned as the result of customer delivery refusal will be treated as a customer return and will be subject to all return conditions. Items returned to us as the result of customer's refusal to accept delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be assesed the cost of all return freight.

  1. If your purchase qualifies for an RMA, we will email you a prepaid UPS, FedEx or USPS label.
  2. Please return the item packaged in the same manner in which it was sent to you.
  3. Please do not write on or otherwise mark the item
  4. When we process your refund, we will deduct the cost of the return freight.

The following conditions apply to returns.

  1. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts is not returnable.
  2. Items many not be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  3. Returned items must include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  4. Returns do not apply for items that are sold, shipped or transferred to a third party.

All Clearance & Sale items are Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable. (Clearance items include all items sold at a discount to our published retail price.)

Total Refund Processing Time Includes:

  • 5-10 business days for us to receive return from shipper
  • 3-5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
